| Abstract: |
| 基孔肯雅热（CHIK）是由CHIK病毒（CHIKV）经伊蚊传播的一种急性传染病。2010 年广州市疾病预防控制中心监测到1 名疑似登革热发热症状的患者，血样经实验室检测显示登革病毒核酸为阴性，CHIKV核酸为阳性，继而分离获得1 株CHIKV。采用RT-PCR 扩增此毒株的全基因并测序，与GenBank 中的中国地区和全球代表株进行全基因进化分析，以了解其序列特征和可能的传播来源。 |
