| 应用SpA-Enz-IgG(A群和B群)结合物ELISA检测A群及B群流脑多糖抗原,其敏感性分别为0.45毫微克/毫升及27.6毫微克/毫升,经交叉、空白、取代试验证实是一种特异性反应。应用SpA-Eaz-IgG(A群)结合物ELISA检查26份A群流脑脑脊液,阳性数25份,其阳性(符合)率为96%。20份非流脑脑脊液均呈阴性结果。统计学处理差异非常显著。 |

| ELISA with SpA-Enz-IgG was applied to the detection of polysaccharide antigens of groups A and B of meningococci. The result showed its sensitivity of 0.456ng/ml and 27.6ng/ml. The cross test, blank control and substitute test also indicated its specificity. 26 samples of CSF, collected from patients suffering from meningitis of group A were examined with such a ELISA. 25 samples turned out to be positive (96%).Another 20 samples of CSF from non-meningitis were all negative. Accordingly, there was a statistically significant difference between the two sets of samples mentioned above. |
