| 本文报告了1983年1~4月，对黑龙江省鸡西市及哈尔滨市两地区成人流行性腹泻病人的72份粪便标本做了肠道致病菌检查。检出产肠毒素大肠菌2株，检出率为2.77%。未检出其他肠道致病菌。此二株产肠毒素大肠菌经测定均为LT、ST阳性株。用O抗原做血清学鉴定结果均为O78血清型。 |

| An etiological investigation on epidemic adult diarrhoea was carried out in the cities of jixi and Harbin,Heilongjiang province from January to April,1983.Out of 72 stool samples examined for identifying enten pathogens, 2 (2.77%) strains of Enterotoxigenic E Coli were detected and identified as LT and ST positive strains both belonged to serotype O78.No other enteropathogens were found. |
