| The bacteria film containning viable bacteria 105-106CFU/piece of 7 species of bacteria with and without spores were prerared by using a soluble substance. We observed that the stability and the reproducibility of above bacteria films and had a surveillances of the effect on several disinfection measurements by using these films. The data showed that this bacterium film is better than "experimental pieces of cloth" in the preparation, storage, stability and reproducibility. |
