| 应用MT-4细胞,从1例美国籍来华旅游的艾滋病人血液中分离到1株病毒,经间接免疫荧光试验和蛋白印迹法证明,所分离的病毒为HIV。这是在我国首次分离成功HIV病毒,为我国开展艾滋病诊断和防治提供了自己的毒株。本文还报告了分离病毒和制备蛋白印迹法抗原带的改进方法,可以推广。 |

| A strain of virus was isolated from an American Aids Patient by using MT-4 cells. This virus was identified as human immunodeficincy verus (HIV-1) by means of immunofluorescence test and western blot assay. This viras was the first isolate of HIV-1 in china and can be used for preparing the diagostic reagents. The improved method for isolation of HIV and preparation of western blot was reported. |
