| 1980年冬在兰州市城区与郊区不同年龄组人群共1157人采取耳垂微量血,在卫生部药品生物制品检定所协助下进行了风疹血凝抑制抗体水平调查,结果表明,总阳性率为94.6%, 6个月~不足一岁未检出阳性抗体,1~5岁组阳性率为71.8%,其他各年龄组均在95~98%之间男性阳性率为93.9%,女性为95.5%, 21~35岁女性为94.8%,城区阳性率为94.8%,郊区为95.2%。对5岁以前的幼儿进行人工免疫,所获得的抗体水平能否维持到生育年龄而抗御再感染,提出了讨论。 |

| Small amount of blood samples from earlobe was collected from 1157 persons of different age groups, living in urban and/or suburban areas of Lanzhou.Test for the hemagglutination inhibiting antibody level against rubella was carried out in collaboration with the National Institute For the Control of Pharmaceutical & Biologica I P-roducts Beijing. The result showed that the total positivity was 94.6%, that of children aged six months——under one year was nil, group of 1—5 years 71.8%, the other age groups 95—98%.That of males was 93.9%, of females 95.5%. The positivity of women aged 21—35 was 94.8%. While urban people was 94.8% and suburban 95.2%. The authors discussed whether the immunity status could sustain long enough to protect the children against a reinfection in case when they should be vaccinated before five. |
