北亚蜱媒立克次体病广泛分布于苏联亚洲部分,与我国新疆接壤的阿尔泰边区和哈萨克共和国早已报道有本病的自然疫源地。本文作者在新疆西北部地区采集各种蜱类,用血淋巴试验检查蜱媒斑点热组立克次体,证实新疆的察布查尔、昭苏、精河、阿勒泰、哈巴河和克拉玛依市存在斑点热组立克次体病的自然疫源地。由于所用抗原的精河株立克次体,其抗原性虽与北亚立克次体相近,但可能存在某些差异,因此,尚不能肯定属何种立克次体。本次调查发现边缘革蜱和草原革蜱携带斑点热组立克次体。边缘革蜱分布地区较广、携带率较高,是本组立克次体的重要媒介。 |
English Abstract: |
North-Asian tick-born Rickettsioses have been known to spread widely in Asian part of USSR. Their natural foci were reported years ago in Hasak Republic and Altai periphery that border on Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region. A number of species of ticks in North-west Xinjiang were collected and detected for Rickettsiae of spotted fever (S—F) group with blood-lymph-test. The result indicated the existence of natural foci of S.F. in Chabuchal,Zhaosu, Jinghe, Alertai, Habahe and Kala-mayi City of Xinjiang. Although the antigen in this study belong to Jinghe strain resembling the north Asian strains, there might be some differences in antigenicity and identification of the riskettsial strains which hasn't been completed yet. Dermacentor marginatus and D.nuttalli were found to be the vectors of the infection.Dermacentor marginatus was found to be habitated widely and was proven to have higher frequency of habouring Rickettsiae. Accordingly, D.marginatus was believed to be an important vector of the infection. |
