| 根据XHF病毒与CCHF病毒理化特性一致,病毒形态和在细胞内装配部位也基本一致,特别是二者在血清学和抗原性上一致,可以认为XHF病毒和CCHF病毒同属布尼亚病毒科、内罗病毒属。 |
| English Abstract: |
| The physicochemical characteristics of XHF virus were studied. The virus was an acid-sensitive, ether-sensitive, RNA virus.Tlns buoyant density in sucrose was 1.16~1.18/cm3. By means of the buoyant density value and the diameter of virus particles, the weight of virus particles of XHF was calculated approximately as 3.26±0.46×108 daltons.The data revealed that XHF virus were similar to that of CCHF (Family Bunyaviridae, Genus Nairovirus). |
