Abstract:
      已报道由104-M活菌苗中提取的化学组分A及E在实验动物中引起的保护作用与活菌苗相似,但不形成明显的血清特异性抗体及皮肤变态反应。为此,本实验采用豚鼠腹腔细胞在体外作吞噬试验;利用小鼠腹腔细胞在体内进行吞噬以及血清杀菌力、转输血清及细胞后进行被动保护力等试验,探讨了化学组分的免疫机制,并同104M活菌苗进行了对比。结果表明E化学组分免疫后迅速激活机体的免疫系统,使细胞及血清制菌活性升高,并具有被动保护功能,腹腔细胞优于脾细胞。与活苗组动物比较,接种E组分后导致的细胞免疫持续时间短,血清的保护作用持续时间长。
English Abstract:
      Certain chemical fractions, i.e.A&E extracted from Brucella abortus 104-M cells, could cause protective immunity in experimental animals similar to that induced by 104-M live Brucella cells, Following inoculation with A or E fraction, it revealed that neither production of serum specific antitbodies nor marked delayed skin hypersensitivity. By means of tests for phagocytosis both in vivo & in vitro, assay of bactericidal activities of serum passive acquired immunity in recipients after transferring cells or serum of vaccinated animals. We studied in white mice & guinea pigs the immune mechanism by inoculation of chemical fraction A or E, as compared with that induced by 104-M live vaccine.By inoculation A or E fraction, the immune system of experimental animal was activated prompty. After priming with E fraction, the bactericidal activities of phagocytes both in vivo & in vitro and immune sera in vitro were found elevated. The cells and sera of the immunized animale were able to confer a marked degree of passive immunity to the recipients. The peritoneal exudate cells were supperior to spleen cells. After priming with Efraction, it conferedan Cellular immunity with shorer duration than that following 104-M live vaccine, whereas the humoral responses following priming with E fraction Iasted Ionger.
