| 1982年5, 6月,吉林省和龙县长红林场,在修筑森林采伐路的施工队中,爆发一起HFRS。为查明这次发病的传染源,在驻地帐蓬内外,共捕获鼠类95只,其中大林姬鼠78只,黑线姬鼠1只,褐家鼠5只,棕背6只,东方田鼠3只,花鼠2只。用IFAT检查各种鼠类的肺,结果在41只大林姬鼠肺内有12只査出HF RS病毒抗原,其带毒率为29.3%。通过双份血清检查和IF阻断试验进一步证实,此抗原是HFRS病原体。 |

| An outbreak of HFRS occured in a worker's team assigned for constructing a pathway to Changhong forestry centre of Helong County, Jilin Province. In order to clarify the sources of infection, 95 heads of Wild mammals Were collected around the tents.They Were composed of 78 of Apodemus speciosus, one of Apodemus agrarius, 5 of Rattus norvegicus, 6 of Clethrioromys rufocanus, 3 of Microtus fortis and 2 of Eutamias sibiricus. Examination of animal lungs by means of IFAT showed that 12 out of 41 of Apodemus speciosus baboured HFRS-viral-anatigen, with a percentage of positivity, 29.3%. Through the test of double samples of sera and IF blocking testf it was further shown that the antigen deccted was that of HFRS. |
