| 1981年夏季,用接种C6/36细胞、乳鼠和三周龄小白鼠的方法从北京地区的三带喙库蚊分离病毒,检查了168批8400只蚊子,分离到乙脑病毒30株。当年的乙脑病毒检出率(批)为17.8%,蚊自然感染率为1:280,病毒检出高峰在7月下旬,最高检出率(批)为58.3%,最高自然感染率为1:86.上述三种方法的乙脑病毒检出率(批)分别为18.75%、16.96%和16.21%。文中还讨论了三带喙库蚊乙脑病毒检出率或自然感染率的高低与乙脑流行程度的关系。 |

| During the summer of 1981, thirty strains of Japanese encephalitis virus were isolated from 8400 female Culex tritaeniorhynchus in 168 pools with an isolation rate of 17.8% or a minimal field infection rate (MFIR) of 1:280. Mosquitoes were collected at two localities in one suburban area of Beijing, The processed specimens were inoculated into Aedes albopictus clone C3/36 cell cultures as well as into suckling and weanling mouse brains, the isolation rates relating to each of the above methods were 18.75%, 16.96%, and 16.21%. The highest isolation rate (58.3%) or MFIR (1:86) was shown on 29 July. The relation between isolation rate or MFIR and incidence of Japanese encephalitis was discussed. |
