| 本文试用细胞免疫增强剂——小牛胸腺素对35例EHF患者进行治疗,同时进行了连续观察。结果表明两组的临床病程和免疫指标在恢复期前无显著差异,但总E花结(Et)和活性E花结(Ea)水平于用药后15天左右差异非常显著。上述结果提示用小牛胸腺素作为辅助治疗EHF可能有促进缩短恢复期的作用。治疗过程中未发现有毒副作用。 |

| This paper reported that 35 patients suffered from epidemic hemorrhagic fever(EHF) were treated with an. immuno-potentiating agent-calf thymosin F 5 and were sequentially observed. Results showed that no marked difference had been observed in clinical course and immunological parameters between the two groups (thymosin group and control group) except that the level of the total E-rosette and activated E-rosette parameters were markedly raised in thymosin group from about the 15th day after the administration of thymosin. Results presented here indicated that calf thymosin F 5 administrated as a supplement thera-peoutic agent may promote the immunological state of the patients and may shorten the convalescent stage. No side effect was observed during the course of thymosin therapy. |
