| 本文报道了1981年武汉市某附属医院一起产科婴儿室EPEC O119B14所致55例新生儿爆发腹泻（包括2例坏死性小肠结肠炎病例）。对流行情况、临床特点，耐药性等方面进行了讨论。根据爆发流行教训，作者认为制订产科婴儿室管理制度是十分必要的。 |

| An outbreak of 55 acute infant diarrhea eases caused by enteropathogenic E.coli O119 B14 was reported in a nursery in the obstetrics department of a hospital in Wuhan in 1981.Among them 2 cases died of necrotizing enterocolitis. Epidemic state,clinical features and resistance to drugs were discussed. The importance of the management of nurseries was emphasized. |
