我们于1981年6月、10月分别在武汉市两条街，采用挨户调查法，对60岁以上的老年精神障碍患者进行普查。两条街共有人数58，993人，60岁以上者7，340人，占总人口数的12.4%。
7，340人中，患各种精神病障碍56例，患病率7.6‰，其中以脑动脉硬化性痴呆为多占3.95‰，脑动脉硬化合并偏瘫伴神经症状态占20.2‰，高血压伴神经症状态占98.l‰。文章着重指出防治脑血管病是减少老年性精神障碍的主要途径之一。 |
| English Abstract: |
A survey of senile disturbance was made from house to house in two residential districts in a population of 58,993, of Which 7340 people were aged over sixty, about 12.4% of the total population in Wuhen in June and October in 1981.
The prevalence of psychogenic disturbance in 7340 people was 7.6‰:i.e.56 patients, of which the prevalence of cerebral arteriosclerostic dementoa was 3.95‰, cerebral arteriosclerostic with neurotic state 20.2‰, and hypertension with neurotic state 98.1‰
We empbasized in this article that the control of cerebrovascular diseases was one of the most important ways to decrease the prevalence of senile disturbance.Since the medical facilities have been being improved and the number of the elderly in the world is increasing, it is of importance to provide saffi-cient medical care to the aged people. |
