Abstract:
      应用钴60辐射源,对羊毛中的布鲁氏菌进行了杀灭实验研究。
通过反复试验,证实11万伦琴即能杀灭羊毛中的布氏菌。本试验结果基本上是,辐照剂量与菌液浓度有关,即菌液浓度愈大,辐照剂量愈大,细菌致死量愈高。并根据羊毛中存在布氏菌数量的综合分析,认为一个100×80×50立方厘米的羊毛包,按每立方厘米0.3克羊毛中含10亿个布氏菌的模拟,经11万伦琴辐照后,证明灭菌效果良好。并根据实验提供的数据,在陕西第一毛纺厂建立了我国第一个辐射法原毛消毒车间,经几年来的观察,证明运转良好,消毒效果可靠。
English Abstract:
      Brucella-killing activity of CO60-α-ray was tested in woolen disinfection,The result showed that 110,000 Roentgen is high enough to kill woolen contaminating Brucella.Dosage required was dependent upon cell concentration, i.e. the more concentrated the cell, the higher the dosage of radiation required for complete disinfection. In general, for a wool parcel sized 100×80×50 cm3 with an average cell concentration of 109cells/cm3, a dose of 110,000 Roentgen was sufficient.Based on the parameter mentioned above, a workshop has been established in the first Shanxi wool textile factory where disinfection with ionoradiation was first used in China.The effectiveness has so far proved satisfactory.
