Abstract:
      本文报道了新疆出血热病毒能在原代小鼠肾细胞中复制及传代,细胞内的病毒滴度可达LD504.5/0.01毫升,但不出现细胞病变。细胞于种毒后三天即能观察到胞浆内嗜碱性的、多形态性包涵体和特异性免疫荧光颗粒。包涵体的分布部位与荧光颗粒一致,于种毒后5~6天达高峰。在感染的单层细胞中,培养液上清和细胞内的RPHA滴度分别为1:32~1:64和1:1024。
English Abstract:
      The virus of Xinjiang hemorrhagic fever can be Propagated and passaged in the primary Mouse Kidny cell cultures (2-3 week old).
The intracellular virus titre reached LD50 4.5/0.01ml. However, it did uot express cytopathic effect. In the infected cells stained with Giemsa there appeared basophilic and polymorphic cytoplasmic inclusions from the third day after inoculation. The coverslip cultures were fixed with acetone and stained by fluorescein-labelled mouse anti-75001 strain antisera. The distribution of cytoplasmic granular fluorescence were the same as the inclusion bodies. The specific fluorescence in plasma of cells were strongest 5-6 days after infection. The antigen titre in culture supernatant and frozen-thawed cell suspension determined with RPHA test were 1:1024 and 1:32-1:64 respectively.
