本文报道了1966年在新疆巴楚县阿克沙克马拉勒公社一起出血热的爆发流行中,首次从病人血液、尸检脏器、亚洲璃眼蜱中分离到一种病毒,后来又继续从不同地区的类似病人,疫区绵羊及野生动物中分离到了多株抗原性相同的病毒。本病毒对新生小鼠致病,能引起规律死亡,潜伏期5天左右,其脑内滴度达LogLD506.5/0.01毫升;在原代小鼠肾细胞上形成嗜硷性包涵体。新疆出血热病人恢复期血清中可测到CF及中和抗体,二者可维持5~9年以上。血清学试验证实与乙脑、森脑、LCM病毒无关;用CF、RPHI及ELISA法证实与CCHF病毒抗原性相似,电镜形态学观察属布尼亚病毒科(Bunyaviridae)。 |

This paper describes the first isolation of a virus from the blood of patients, visceral materials on autopsy and form Hyalomma asiaticum during an outbreak of hemorrhagic fever which occurred in the commune of Akeshakemalale Bachu, Xin-jiang, in 1966. The subsequent isolations of a number of virus strains with the same antigenicity were found from similar patients, sheep and wild animals in various affected areas. The virus isolated was pathogenic to new-born sucker mice and caused their regular deaths, with an incubation period of about five days and an intracerebral titre of-log LD50=6.5/0.01ml. It formed basophilic inclusion bodies in the primary mouse kidney cell cultures. Both CF and neutralizing antibodies were detectable in the convalescent phase sera of patients with hemorrhagic fever, persisting over a period of 5-9 years or more. No serological relationship was demonstrated with Japanese encephalitis, spring-summer encephalitis or LCM virus; its antigenic similarity to CCHF virus was revealed by CF、RPHI and ELISA. The morphological observations by electron microscopy showed evidence that this virus was a member of Bunyaviridae. |
