| 本文用我国自制的B·canis菌抗原对上海第一医学院实验动物部饲养的国外进口的“Beagle”狗和少数我国草狗作了血清学调查。结果表明，我国自制的狗布氏菌抗原较日本制的两种诊断用抗原稳定、特异性好以及试验重复性好。报告了在我国首次从Be-agle狗和中国草狗中分出狗种B·canis布鲁氏菌。 |

| This paper reports that sera of 38 Beagle dogs and a few Chinese breed dogs from The Experimental Animal Department of Shanghai Medical College were performed with a number of specific Brucella canis antigens. Results showed that Brucella canis antigen prepared in the Brucella Laboratory of The Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology, Beijing, China Was stable, specific and repeatable well. Furthermore, two strains of Brucella canis were isolated and identified in China from a Beagle dog No 22 and a Chinese breed dog 7. |
