| 1983年天津市首次报告我国由Coxsackie A16肠道病毒引起手足口病流行,托幼单位发病率达23.03‰,人群发病率为2.02‰。这次流行主要特征是:1.流行时间长,从晚春一直到秋季,冬季尚有散发病例;2.流行地区以城市为主,农村没有流行报告;3.患者主要是学龄前儿童,3岁以下发病率最高;4.临床表现在手、足、臀有典型的丘疹、疱疹,口腔粘膜疹形成溃疡,病程7天左右;5.预后良好,未发现严重并发症。 |
| English Abstract: |
This paper has first reported the epidemic of HFMD caused by Coxsackie virus A16 in 1983 in Tianjin China. The incidence was 23.03%. in the child care centres and 2.02‰ in the population respectively.
The epidemic features:
l. The epidemic was occurred from later spring to autumn,and there were some sporadic cases in winten;
2. The epidemic was occurred in urban,
3. The patients were mainly preschool children, the higest incidence among children was under the age of three;
4. There were typical papulas and herpes on the hands, feet and buttocks. In the mouth mucous some rashes became ulcers. The course of this disease was about seven days;
5.No severe complication was seen. The recover of the disease was favourable. |
