Abstract:
      本文报告沼气发酵法灭活肠道病毒的实验效果。共进行两批试验,两批发酵材料相似,同样设三组.三种发酵温度共9个试验组,每组投入等量灰质炎I型病毒。用Hela细胞微量培养法逐日测定各组病毒的TCD50。结果夏季病毒灭活较快,投放病毒发酵24小时后三组灭活率分别为99.97~99.996%、99.75~99.992%、90~99.99%,至第6天全部查不到病毒。春季发酵24小时后三组病毒灭活率分别为96.8~99.68%、85~96%, 82~92.7%,实验组第17天查不到病毒,对照一组到21天,对照二组直到24天仍有0.006~0.6%病毒活存。从温度分析,35℃灭活最快。实验提示沼气发酵对肠道病毒有一定灭活效果,适当提高发酵温度可加速病毒灭活。
English Abstract:
      The inactivation effect on enteroviruses with methane fermentation products is reported.
There were two sets of experiments. Each set was further divided into three groups, fermenting material of each group were cultured under different temperatures (25℃, 30℃, and 35℃), and polipvirus type I was examined for its activity. Hela cell micro-culture method was used to determiner TCD50 of the virus every day. The results were as follows:virus inactivation took place faster in summer than in spring. After incubation for 24 hours in summar, the inactivation rates in the three groups were:99.97-99.996% (35℃), 99.75-99.992% (30℃) and 90-99.99% (25℃). No active virus could be found on the 7th day. In spring,the inactivation rates were 96.8-99.68% (35℃), 85-96% (30℃), 82-92.7% (25℃). No active virus could be found in the experimental groups on the 17th day, whereas in the control group I on the 21st day,and 0.006-0.6% of virue could still be found in the control group 2 on the 24th day.
The results of the experiments indicated that methane fermentation products offers an effective method for inactivating enterovirus, and that in raising temperature of the environment properly might speed up the process of inactivation.
