| 用IFAT检查周宁县657只鼠肺,城镇室内褐家鼠的HFRS病毒抗原的阳性率为4.72%,野外黑线姬鼠宁波亚种为5.95%。褐家鼠有外窜。城镇病例主要传染源为褐家鼠,多属于褐家鼠型出血热,农村或野外感染的病例主要传染源为黑线姬鼠,主要属于黑线姬鼠型出血热。褐家鼠型出血热症状比黑线姬鼠型出血热的症状轻。黑线姬鼠流行高峰之后出现人间流行高峰。福建北部山区是我国黑线姬鼠型出血热自然疫源地带的东南边缘部分,自然疫源地多属于山区小盆地型。周宁县除野外有黑线姬鼠型自然疫源地外,室内尚有褐家鼠型疫源地。恢复期病人血清检查21份,阳性率为90.48%,抗体维持较久,经9年仍有查出者,健康人群检查172份未发现隐性感染。 |

| By means of IFAT, a total of 657 rodents were examined for carring HFRS-antigen in Zhoulin town. The positive rate of HFRS-antigen in R.norvegicus was 4.72% and in A. agrarius ninpoensis 5.95%. R. norvegicus also appeared in the field. The main reservoir host in town was R. norvegicus and in rural area A. agrarius ninpoensis. The patients in town mostly belong to HFRS of R. norvegicus type and those in rural area of A.agrarius type. The former was milder than the latter in symptoms. Prevalent peak of HFRS in A. agrarius was followed by that in human.The northern mountains in Fujian Province were the south-east mar; ginal area of HFRS natural foci of A.agrarius type in China. The natural foci mostly belonged to the small basin type of mountains. Zhoulin county had the foci of R. norvegecus type in houses besides the natural foci of A. agrarius in wild. Twentyone cases of convalescence sera of the patients with HFRS were examined in Zhoulin. The results indicated a positivity rate of 90.48%. The antibodies kept on for a long time and in one case it was maintained to 9 years,172 healthy human sera from both the endemic and non-endemic areas were examined,no Latent infection was found. |
