| 1983~84年广州地区共出现了24名血清学证实的EHF病例。调查发现褐家鼠和实验大白鼠均带有EHF抗原,抗原阳性率褐家鼠两年分别为8.6%与11.1%,大白鼠为6.1%,并且从褐家鼠中分离到EHF病毒;带病毒鼠分布在全市各区及郊区、县;人群EHF抗体水平较低,存在着流行的危险性。 |

| 24 sporadic EHF cases identified by means of IFA serologic test were found in Guangzhou area in 1983~84.IFA antigen of field rats (Rattus norvegicus) and laboratory rats (Wister strain) were found to be postive with a rate of 8.6% in 1983 and 11.1% in 1984 in R. norvegicus and 6.1%in W. strain respectively. EHF viruses were isolated from the R. norvegicus captured in the surroundings of the patients' residence, which were widely distributed all over the districts and a county within the municipality of Guangzhou. |
