Abstract:
      1984年11~12月从江苏和安徽两个EHF疫区208个鼠窝中共捕鼠603只。在四种鼠中,以黑线姬鼠为优势种,其EHF抗原阳性率最高。在采集的革螨中,以革氏血厉螨、厩真厉螨为优势种,并有EHFV的自然感染。在每窝鼠数多和窝螨指数高的组的鼠EHF抗原和抗体阳性率均较高。调查结果表明黑线姬鼠是两疫区EHF的重要储存宿主,格氏血厉螨和厩真厉螨可能是EHF的传播媒介。
English Abstract:
      From November to December 1984, 603 mice were caught from 208 litters of rodent in 2 EHF endemic areas in Jiangsu and Anhui Provinces. Among 4 species of rodent, Apodemus agrarius was the dominant species and its positive rate for EHF antigen was the highest. Among the gamasid mites collected, Haemolaelaps glasgowi and Eulaelaps sfabularis were the dominant species. These 2 species of mites could be naturally infected by EHFV. The higher the number of rodent and miteindex per litter, the higher the positive rate of EHF antigen and antibody in rodents. This study suggested that A. agrarius was the main reservoir of infection of EHF in these 2 areas and H. glasgowi and E. stabularis might possibly be the vectors of EHF.
