Abstract:
      食管癌的病例对照研究发现:饮酒、精神创伤、膳食中肉蛋过少,食入粗粮过多细粮过少及食管癌家族史等为该病的发病因素。还发现上述任何二因素结合均有交互作用,针对以上各因素进行预防工作,可降低该病的发病率。
English Abstract:
      Case control study about risk factors of esophagus cancer was carried out in 1983. The number of cases and controls were 205 and 232 on each. The cases have been admitted by Shanxi Cancer Hospital. All cases have been diagnosed by pathology or cytology. The controls included healthy person, the patients with other cancer or other disease.
Calculated the significance and RR and 95% confidence interval with Mentel-Haenszel method.
The results showed that the RR of family history of esophagus cancer was 4.19, the psychological trauma 2.13. The RR of total meat and egg in diet less than 2) KG per person year was 1.75. The RR of ratio of corn/flour and rice in diet more than 3 was 2.89. The RR of drinking was 1.65. The attrabutive risk of drinking was 0.1952. There is interaction in combining of any two risk factors, for example, the RR of drinking with psychological trauma was 3.40, the RR of ratio of corn/flour and race>3 with family history of esophagus cancer was 10.55.
If the preventive measure is against above factors the incidence rate of the cancer may be decreased.
