Abstract:
      本文分析了40名育龄妇女和20名更年期,绝经期妇女的阴道排泄物。育龄期妇女中,每毫升阴道排泄物含有活菌数(以Lg计):乳杆菌为7.912±1.856(总分离率92.5%),拟杆菌为5.748±2.98(77.5%),表皮葡萄球菌6.432±2.589(95%),α-链球菌为5.502±1.854(85%),大肠杆菌为4.403±2.372(95%),肠球菌为4.524±1.544(90%),白色念珠菌为3.686±2.294(85%).这些妇女的阴道pH 5.158±1.346。更年期和绝经期妇女的阴道菌群:乳杆菌群7.143±0.368(60%),拟杆菌为4.941±0.598(45%),表皮葡萄球菌为8.398±1.140(80%),大肠杆菌为4.644±1.684(75%),肠球菌为4.838 ±1.162(50%),白色念株菌为4.459±1.130(70%),金黄色葡萄球菌为8.267±1.192(70%)。更年期及绝经期妇女阴道的pH为5.955±0.980。
我们在实验中应用GLC分析细菌的代谢产物,以助拟杆菌和乳杆菌的鉴定和分类。
English Abstract:
      In studing the vaginal flora of normal healthy women living in Nanchang, Jiangxi province, we have analysed 7-9 groups of microbial flora, which were isolated from vaginal discharge of adult women including 40 of child-bearing period and 20 of climacteric and menopausic women. The number of vaginal bacteria found in the vaginal discharge is calculated in term of log number:in those women of generative period, lactobacilli, 7.912±1.856 (frequency of isolation 92.5%); Bacteroides, 5.748±2.980 (77.5%); Sta. epidermidis, 6.432±2.589 (95%); α-hemolytic streptococci, 5.5)2±1.854 (85%); E. coli, 4.403±2.372 (95%); Enterococci, 4.524±1.544 (90%); Candida albicans, 3.684±2.294 (85%); The mean pH of vaginal discharge was found to be 5.158±1.346. In those specimen of climacteric and menopausic women there were:Lactobacilli 7.143±0.368 (60%); Bacteroides, 4.914±0.500 (45%); S.epidermidis, 8.398±1.140 (8)%); E.coli 4.644±1.684 (75%); Enterococci,4.838±1.162 (50%); Candida albicans, 4.459±1.130 (70%) Sta. aureus, 8.267±1.192 (70%); The mean pH of vaginal discharge, 5.955 ±0.980.
In our studies, we used GLC in analysing bacterial metabolic products. Which is helpful in the identification and classification of Bacteroides genus and Lactobacilli genus.
