| 1984年8~10月,作者对广州地区实验大、小白鼠EHF病毒感染情况进行了调查研究,共采集大白鼠296只,每只都采集了肺组织标本,EHF病毒抗原阳性率为6.08%。296只大白鼠中有233只在采集肺组织标本的同时采集了血液标本,EHF病毒抗体阳性率为13.73%。同时采得肺组织和血液标本的233只大白鼠中,EHF病毒抗原或/和抗体阳性者32只,感染率为11.49%,其中抗原抗体同时阳性者16只,阳性率为6.87%,抗原阴性抗体阳性者16只,阳性率为6.87%,未发现抗原阳性而抗体阴性者。发现雌性大白鼠EHF病毒感染率显著的高于雄性大白鼠。对大白鼠感染的EHF病毒来源进行了讨论。采集小白鼠786只,肺组织EHF病毒抗原全部阴性,未采集血液标本检测EHF病毒抗体。 |
| English Abstract: |
An investigation that EHF virus infected rate on experimented mice and rats in Guangzhou area had been made from August to October 1984. Each lung tissues of 296 rats and 233 blood samples of these rats were collected simultaneously to detect EHF virus antigen and antibody. The result shows that positive rate of the antigen of lung tissues is 6.08 percent and antibody of blood samples is 13.73 percent separately, and that there were 32 rats whose antigen and/or antibody are positive with infection rate 11.49 percent. The rats both antigen and antibody were positive, turned out to be sixteen in Number consisting of 6.87 percent infected rate. 16 rats were detected antigen negative and antibody positive and consisted of 6.78 percent infected rate. The study shows that infected rate of EHF virus is higher in female rats than in male.
All of 786 mice lung tissues collected to detect the antigen, the antigen gave negative result but antibody had not been done. |
