Abstract:
      本文介绍用60钴辐照灭菌医疗用的效果和临床应用基本情况。对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌芽胞,60钴辐照的吸收剂量在10KGy以下,对HBV,其吸收剂量为28.8KGy就查不到感染指标了,推算出安全剂量为38.4KGy。
辐照灭菌的医疗器械用于100例手术病人,静脉输液针头用于1,100例输液病人,无1例不良反应。辐照灭菌是一种很有发展前途的灭菌工艺,有大力推广使用的价值。
English Abstract:
      This paper reports the main conditions for effective clinical application of medical devices by 60Co sradiation methods of sterilization. Irradiated aborbed dose is less than 10KGy for E.coli, Ps.aeruginosa, S.aureus, B.subtilis while irradiated absorbed dose for the disappearance of infection indicators of HBV is 28.8-KGy and dose of 38.4KGy have been deduced for HBV for safety.
Irradiated medical devices and infusion needles by radiation methods of sterilization have been applied to 100 operation patients and 1,100 infusion patients, respectively.None of them have harmful reaction. It is considered that radiation methods ofsterilization might have a great future and application in our country.
