| 调查了宁波市7~15岁学生144对288名孪生子,其血压均值为94.81±8.95/58.31±8.17毫米汞柱。收缩压和舒张压均随年龄而上升。孪生子血压偏高的发生率1.74%。经多因素判别分析,胸围对血压影响是特别经得起重复的变量,体重、身高对血压也有一定影响。此外,提示B血型孪生子血压偏高发生率较低。 |

| A study was made in 144 pairs of twins among the 7-15 age groups pupils in Ningbo City. Their average blood pressure was 94.81±8.95/58.31±8.17 mmHg, and their systolic and diastolic pressures increased with age. The frequency of nigh blood pressure was 1.74%, and blood type B individauls had the lowest. After multi-factor analysis, the influence of chest circumference on blood pressure was an important factor and body weight and height also had some effects as well. |
