Abstract:
      本文报道了生物素葡萄球菌甲蛋白(Biotin staphy coccal Protein A,B-SPA)结合物的制备方法。建立了生物素、葡萄球菌甲蛋白、亲和素酶联免疫吸附试验(BA ELISA)方法的适宜条件,并用此法测定了B-SPA的效价,其灵敏度高达1:40万。用BA ELISA法检测了兔抗布氏菌的免疫血清,抗体滴度比常规ELISA法可高达8倍。检测布氏菌病血清中的抗原,用此法比ELISA更灵敏。为流行病学、血清学调查提供了一个非常灵敏的方法。
English Abstract:
      In this paper, a method of biotin and staphylococcal protein A (B-SpA) conjugation preparation has been described. The optimum condition for ELISA in B-SpA-avidin-peroxidase system (BA-ELISA) was established. The titer of B-SpA by means of BA-ELISA is 1:400,000. Compared with the conventional ELISA for determining the antibody level of immune ribbit sera against brucella the sensitivity of BA-ELISA is 8-fold as much as the former. The sensitivity of BA-ELISA for detecting brucella antigen is also higher than that with conventional ELISA. The method, BAELISA is highly sensitive and specific and it seems that the BA-ELISA may facilitate epidemiological studies.
