| 用小肠结肠炎耶氏菌毒力因子血清对我国一些省市不同血清型的耶氏菌430株进行毒力测定,结果与VW抗原和动物致病性试验一致,进一步证实该因子血清凝集试验是测定小肠结肠炎耶氏菌毒力可靠而又方便的一种方法。同时发现,一些血清型的菌株携带有40~48×106道尔顿的质粒,与耶氏菌毒力质粒分子量相当,但不具毒力。 |
| English Abstract: |
| The results which 430 different serotype strains of Y.enterocolitica isolated from some areas were checked by using the antiserum against virulence factors were identical to the detection of V W-antigens and the animal experiments. And it further confirme that the slide agglutination test by using the antiserum is the reliable and convenient method in detecting virulence in Y.enterocolitica. At the same time, we found that some strainsof Y.enterocolitica contained the 40-48 Md plasmid are avirulent. |
