在江苏省钩虫感染地区8级梯度感染率的22个大队中,通过对居民钩虫感染率、感染度和儿童钩虫感染率、泥土钩蚴密度、粪缸钩虫卵密度五项指标之间的相互关系作调查分析,得出了居民感染率和感染度之间的直线回归方程式,居民感染度与儿童感染率之间的曲线回归方程式以及居民感染率、感染度和泥土钩蚴密度、粪缸钩虫卵密度之间的二个多元回归方程式。据此,找出了泥土查不到钩蚴、粪缸查不到钩虫卵和儿童粪检查不到钩虫的居民粪检钩虫感染率和感染度理论值分别为2.39%和4.00~4.13只/克。 |
English Abstract: |
22 brig des with 8 grades of endemicity of ancylostomiasis in Ji ngsu province were selected for this study. The statistical analysis of five including detection of ancylostom infection rate and the intensity of the infection in the whole inhabitants nd those of the children, examination of ancylostoma larva density in the mud and ancylostoma ova density in the night soil jars was carried out. Through this study, 1 linear, 1 curvilinear and 2 multiple equations of regression could be derived from their interrelating parameters. According to these equ tions, When no ancylostoma l rva in the mud, no ancylostoma ova in the night soil jars and no stool positive children could be detected, the theoretical level of ancylostoma stool positive rate and the eggs per gram of feces in the whole inh bitants would be 2.39% and 4.00-4.13 eggs respectively. |
