本文报告了我市首次对人群带肠道病毒的分布与型别构成的调查研究结果,从201份粪标本中,用原代人胚肾单层细胞进行了病毒分离与鉴定。实验结果表明,我市人群带肠道病毒率为15.92%,不同地点带病毒率不一,农村明显高于城镇。不同年龄组带病毒率也有差异,以0~7岁范围内带病毒率最高。
调查中分离出32株脊灰病毒以外的肠道病毒,以ECHO为主,占68.75%在ECHO中,15型ECHO病毒占ECHO病毒株总数的68.18%,这一结果为预防肠道病毒性疾病提供了可靠科学依据,且为今后研究其它肠道病毒和有关科学试验提供了部分病毒株。 |
| English Abstract: |
We search the first time some tyPes and distribution of enterovirus from 201 samples of feces collected from residents of Yantai City in 1981. The survey showed that 15.92% samples carried virus in stool. The Positive rate is much higher in rural area and is significantly higher in 0-7 year age group.
Mean while we isolated 32 virus strains other than poliovirus. The identification of them indicated that ECHO virus composed of 68.75% and type 15 being 68.18%. This investigation may be of some use in further studies of enteric diseases. |
