| 本文报告了我国首次用犬种布鲁氏菌RM66/6株制备几种诊断犬种菌布病的抗原:试管凝集抗原、虎红平板凝集抗原、CFT抗原,还包括制备兔抗犬血清球蛋白。用这些制剂检查有限数量的犬血清均获得了满意的结果。为在我国开展犬种布病的流行病学调查和诊断病人提供了可靠的手段。 |
| English Abstract: |
| This paper deals with the application of several Br.canis diagnostic agents among dogs as a first attempt in China. The antigens were made of Br.canis RM66/6 strain and in the form of tube agglutination antigen, Rose Bengal plate antigen and complement fixation test antigen. A survey using these antigens seems functioned quite satisfactory. Hence, we can provide these reagents for epidemiological survey in China. |
