| 本文报告了我国部分省区进行的新生儿破伤风发病率回顾性调查结果。调查方法是随机的。样本大小足够。结果表明,陕西省和河北定兴县新生儿破伤风发病较为严重,为制定全国新生儿破伤风控制策略,应进行少数民族地区的调查。 |

| Neonatal tetanus is one of serious health problems in developing countries. Up to present time, there is no tetanus notification system in our country, so it is very difficult to estimate the incidence of neonatal tetanus. In order to know the actual morbidity of neonatal tetanus, a retrospective survey on morbidity of neonatal tetanus was carried out in some selected areas in Liaoning, Jilin, Shanxi and some counties in Hebai province. The result shows that the morbidity of neonatal tetanus is quite high in some areas, for example, in Shanxi it is more than 2/1,000 live birth, in Dingxing county as high as 5.7/1,000 live birth. The control strategy of neonatal tetanus should be considered as soon as possible. |
