Abstract:

本文首次报告东北地区用Vero E-6细胞直接从疫区家鼠型出血热急性期病人血中和辽宁省从疫区褐家鼠肺中分离HFRS病毒获得成功,分离率分别为33.3%和25%。

English Abstract:

This paper first described that the HFRS virus isolated directly from the blood of acute patient with houseomouse type HFRS by using Vero E-6 cell in North-east China and from the lung of Rattus norvegicus in Liao Ning Province. The positive rates were 33.3% and 25% respectively.
