Abstract:
      大肠菌群快速检验是国内外卫生细菌学检验工作中急待解决的课题,著者于1986年研制出一种能接种10毫升检样的大肠菌群纸片,用于检测固体及液体样品、餐具、污水和外环境等标本。经北京、上海、长春等七个城市的十个科研、卫生监督检验机构使用发酵管法做对照,检验各种样品968份,纸片法与发酵管法的符合率为95.4%,合格符合率为98.8%。大肠菌纸片操作简便,报告结果时间短,特异性强,敏感性高,容易判定结果,不需要复杂设备,费用比发酵管法降低75%,为全国首创,适合在我国的基层实验室推广使用。
English Abstract:
      Rapid identification of E. coli groups is one of the most pressing tasks which need to be solved in the field of hygiene bacteriology in the world. In 1986, we developed a kind of Paper Disc in which 10ml sample can be inoculated to examine samples of solids, dinner service, sewage and external environment. In Beijing, Shanghai, Changchun, Harbin and other three cities, the scientific research units and hygiene supervision have checked the method against that of fermentation tube with various samples in 968. The rate of coincidence was 95.40% and the correct coincidence was 98.85%. The method of Paper Disc is simple and rapid and also has high specificity and sensitivity. It is easy to interpret. The cost is 75% reduced than that of the fermentation tube since there is no need for complicated apparatus. This investigation is originated the first time in China and we belief it is practicable in many of the primary laboratories.
