Abstract:

本文报告了应用常规试验方法难以定种的两株非典型布氏菌株,而应用六群布氏菌噬菌体的代表株裂解试验和氧化代谢试验鉴定为变异深刻的羊种布氏菌。

English Abstract:

This paper reports that two atypical strains of Brucella melitensis can be difficultly assigned to one of the typical biovars by using the routine methods. However we identified them as two deep going variants of B. melitensis by using Brucella phages and Oxidative metabolic tests.
