Abstract:
      应用标记抗生物素一生物素斑点酶联免疫吸附试验检测了190例血清HBsAg,检出HBsAg最低浓度可达0.01μg/ml,较反向间接血凝法(RPHA)敏感8~16倍,具有一定的特异性及重复性。本方法简便经济,需时仅3小时,并可在点样后室温贮存一月以上再检测,携带方便,特别适于流行病学调查。
English Abstract:
      Hepatitis B surfase antigen (HBsAg) in 190 sera specimen were detected with labelled avidin-biotin dot enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (LAB-Dot ELISA). It was shown that the positive rate by LAB-Dot ELISA and by reverse passive hemagglutination (RPHA) were 82.6% and 65.7%, respectively. Using LAB-Dot ELISA the lowest concentration for detecting HBsAg was up to 0.01μg/ml. It was more sensitive 8 to 16 times than RPHA. The specificity and reproducibility of this method were also confirmed. The LAB-Dot ELISA was simple and inexpensive. The entire assay could be completed within 3 hours. After dotting the nitrocellulose sheet could be stored over one month It was suitable especially for the epidemiological investigations of hepatitis B.
