Abstract:
      本文报告了四种杀虫剂对方形黄鼠蚤松江亚种的毒力测定结果。以溴氰菊酯毒力最强,DDVP、DDT次之,三氯杀虫酯又次之。各药对2日龄吸血雌蚤的致死中量(LD50)数值分别为1.17×10-3、1.20×10-3、1.25×10-3和3.4604 μg/只,成蚤吸血前与吸血后对同种药物敏感性有显著差异,未吸血时雌蚤比雄蚤敏感,吸血后雄蚤比雌蚤敏感。试验结果表明,溴氰菊酯对方形黄鼠蚤有较强的毒杀效果。它具有使用剂量低、速杀作用强等优点,在杀灭跳蚤工作上有实际应用价值,可推广应用。
English Abstract:
      This paper reports the results of toxicological effect of four insecticides on Citellophilus tesquorum sungaris. The thxicity of Deltametbrin was the strongest in four insecticides, DDVd & DDT were stronger than 1-(3, 4-dichloro-phenyl) -2, 2, 2-trichloroethyl acetate, For the LD50 of four insecticides on suckling blood female flea of two-day-age, were 1.17×10-3μg per flea 1.20×10-3μg per flea 1.25×10-3μg pwr flea & 3.46 per flea respectively. The data showed that there were marked difference in the susceptibility to the same insecticide between unsuckling blood fleas and suckling blood fleas were more susceptible than female fleas in suckling blood fleas.
