Abstract:

本文报告新疆喀什地区1个乡的流行性非甲非乙型肝炎(HNANB〔E〕)流行,发病率为2.79%,病死率为0.87%。1986年11月为发病高峰。男女之间发病无差别。青壮年组发病率高。经过流行病学分析,认为日常生活接触是本病的主要传播方式之一。

English Abstract:

An outbreak of HNANB[E] occurred in shufu county with an incidence rate of 2.97%, a fatality rate of 0.87% and a peak in November 1986.There was no difference in incidence between men and women.In young and middle age group the incidence rate was higher. Epidemiological analysis indicates that contact in daily life was one of the main routes of transmission.
