| 本文对1 200名经血库RPHA法筛检认为HBsAg阴性的献血员,使用ELISA法,再次检出29份HBsAg阳性者,阳性平为2.42%。29名HBsAg阳性者中,37.93%有HBV复制的证据,17.25%滴度在1:500以上。建议用ELISA或RIA法代替RPHA法筛检献血员HBsAg,在此之前,应经常对筛检HBsAg的实验室进行质量控制,提高实验人员的技术水平。 |
| English Abstract: |
One thousand and two hundred samples of donor blood, negative for HBsAg by RPHA, were retested by ELISA and 29 samples were found to be positive for HBsAg. Of 29 HBsAg positive donors, all were negative for IgM-anti HBc, 11 were positive for HBeAg (37.93%), 6 were positive for anti-HBe (20.69%), 10 were positive for HBVDNA (34.48%). Of 29 HBsAg positive samples, the high titers (≥1: 500) samples accounted for 17.25 per cent of the total.
It was suggested that RPHA should be replaced by ELISA or RIA in screening blood donors for HBsAg and quality control of laboratories for screening blood donors should be made by increasing techinical competence of technicians. |
