Abstract:

1986年10月20日~11月15日,沈阳某综合性医院发生一起急性肝炎爆发,共29例病人,罹患率为25.9%,年龄为23~70岁。2例亚急性重症型,占发病人数的6.9%,黄疸型占33.3%,发热占50%。本次爆发经流行病学调査及血清学检测结果认为系由节日会餐食物被非甲非乙型肝炎病毒污染。经口感染而引起的非甲非乙型肝炎爆发。

English Abstract:

Medical University This paper reports an investigation on an outbreak of Non-A, Non-B hepatitis occurred after a dinner party. The attack rate was 25.89%. The ratio of male to female was 1.48 to 1. Two patients were suffering from fulmi-nanting hepatitis. The attack rates showed no significant difference among various age groups. Thirty-three percent of the patients had jaundice and 50% had fever.The results in-dicated that this outbreak was probably related to some food taken during the party.
