Abstract:

1989年12月至1990年1月间,北京市某建筑工地发生了一起上呼吸道感染(上感样)疫情。流行病学调査及细菌学检査证明,这是一起由米克戴德军团菌所引起的军团菌病爆发流行,患病率为26.67%(24/90),在国内系首次报道。

English Abstract:

During the period from December 1989 to January 1990, An outbreak of upper respiratory infection(influenza-like syndrome) took place in the workers of a building-site in a rural area of Beijing. An epidemiological investigation and bacteriological examination were carried out in this area. The results showed that it was an outbreak of Legionnairesf Disease caused by Legionella micdadei (Lm). The incidence was 26.67% (24/90). This was the first report on Lm infection in China.
