| 用铜绿假单胞菌12群“O”分群(型)血清和改良菌素分型法对西安地区118株铜绿假单胞菌分型。结果表明,以Ⅵ、Ⅰ、Ⅲ群分布最多,Ⅵ群多见于伤口感染、Ⅰ群多见于呼吸系统感染。菌素分型以1型和UT型为主,1型中主要是1/c和1/x亚型,85.7%的1/c亚型属血清Ⅵ群,84.4%的1/x亚型属血清Ⅰ群,似表明两者之间有一定关系。 |

| Pseudomonas aeruginosa (118 strains) from Xian were typed by 12 groups O-serumand revised pyocin typing method Results indicated thatⅥ, Ⅰ, Ⅲ were major serotypes, Ⅵ type were mainly from trauma infected, I type mainly from respiration system infected. Pyocintype were mainly I and UT types. Pyocintype I were mainly 1/c and 1/x subtypes. 85.7% of 1/c subtypes were serotype Ⅵ, 84.4% of 1/x subtypes wrer serotype I. |
