| 以分层整群随机抽样的方式,入户调查了广东省东、西、北、中4个城镇和4个农村点共23665人的口腔健康状况,对城乡居民进行比较分析。结果表明,农村居民龋病患病率高达65.30%,明显高于城镇居民(59.96%)(P<0.001)。农村人群龋均(4.62)和患者龋均(7.08)也高于城镇(分别为2.86和4.78),且有高度显著性意义(P<0.001)。城乡居民龋病患病率均以女性高于男性。性别的城乡比较仍以农村为著。城镇人口牙周疾患(牙出血、牙石及牙周袋等)的患病率却明显高于农村人口(P<0.001)。本文还就牙颌畸形、个人健康行为等方面进行了比较,并对患龋情况进行了年龄分布比较和多元相关与回归分析。 |
| English Abstract: |
| A sampling population of 23665 in Guangdong Province including 4 towns and 4 countryside had been surveyed for the current situation of oral health. A comparative analysis of residents between towns and countryside had been conducted and the results indicated that the rural residents had a higher prevalence rate of dental caries (65.30%) than those who lived in towns (59.96%). The Decayed Missing Filling (DMF) of the population (4.62) and of the patients (7.08) in countryside were both significantly higher than those (2.86 and 4.78, respectively) of citizens (P<0.001). Females had a higher rate of dental caries than males both in towns and in countryside. Citizens had a higher prevalence rate of periodontosis than rural residents. This paper also presents a comparison of jaw deformity and personal health behaviour, an age distribution of dental caries and a multiple regression analysis. |
