| 1992年3月20日至4月2日在六盘水市农校发生一起鼠伤寒杆菌食物型暴发流行,发病133人。其中教职工1人,发病率为1.26%(1/79);学生132人,发病率为45.3%(132/291),P<0.01,两组发病率差异有显著性。男女性别比为1.1:1,差异无显著性。 |
