改进并建立快速检测淋球菌基因(NG-DNA)的聚合酶链反应(PCR),同时用涂片染色筛查和培养法作鉴定比较,对太原地区1986~1995年妇女儿童淋球菌感染状况作调查分析,对9 204例妇女儿童生殖道感染者作直接涂片染色检菌,阳性率为26.5%,其中1 220例同时用培养与PCR法检测,阳性率为12.4%和21.0%。用PCR直接检测临床标本NG-DNA,具有简便、快速、敏感、特异之优点。 |

A polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method was established for the detection of gonococcal gene in samples obtained from women and children with lower genital tract infection. The primers were used for PCR amplification derived from sequence for DNA representing part of the open reading frame (ORF) for the chromosome of N.gonorrhoea.In this study,a total number of 9204specimens were obtained from women and children with lower genital tract infection from 1986 to 1995in Taiyuan. The positive rate of N. gonorrhoea for Gram's stain of smears was 26.5% while the rates for culture and PCR were 12.4% and 21.0%, respectively. The results showed that PCR test was simple,rapid sensitive and specific for the detection of gonococcal gene in clinical specimens. |
