Abstract:
      在江苏黄泛平原选点对该地区甲状腺肿的流行原因、流行范围和特征进行了研究,结果发现学生甲状腺肿大率 (甲肿率 )触诊法为 2 2.18%,B超法为 12.83%,均超过有关国际组织提出的地方性甲状腺肿病区甲肿率切点值 5% ;60 7份尿样的碘含量中位数为 962μg/L ;62名健康居民甲状腺 2 4小时摄 131I率平均值为 4.60 %± 0.30 % ;血清 TSH、T4 、T3值大多在正常值范围内 ;在调查的 65个乡的 10 4 9份水样中有 771份水样的碘含量超过 30 0μg/L,52个乡的水碘中位数超过30 0μg/L。结果提示,该地区流行的甲状腺肿呈地方性流行,由居民饮用碘含量过高的浅层地下水所致,高碘水源呈片状分布。
English Abstract:
      To verify the existence and reveal the epidemiological characteristics of endemiciodide induced goite r in Jiangsu Old YellowRiv er flooded plain, 12 spots were selected in this survey. The results showed that the to talgoiter rate of 22. 18% by palpation and 12. 83% by B-ultr asound which surpassed the 5% -cutpoint-recommended jointly by WHO /UNICEF /ICCIDD. The urinaryiodine median was 962μg / L in 607 samples. The average 24 hours 131 Iiodine-emissivity ratio was 4. 6± 0. 3% with most of the serum TSH. T4, T3 within no rmal ranges. Of 1049 water samples in 65 towns, 771 had iodine content over 300μg /L with water iodine concentration over 300μg /L in 52 towns. These finding suggested that go iter in this plain had been endemic which r ela ted to excessive io dine in shallowwell water. Heavy load of iodine over general population was noticed.
