| Abstract: |
| 用间接血凝试验检测沙眼衣原体抗体。对54例沙眼衣原体感染孕妇和216名无感染的孕妇进行了1∶4配比病例对照研究。单因素分析，从26个研究因素中筛选出8个与感染有联系的因素。多因素条件logistic回归分析，最终选入模型的有4个因素：婚外性行为、泌尿生殖道感染史、首次性交年龄及未避孕或宫内避孕。 |
| English Abstract: |
| 54 Pregnant women and 216 without were detected for anti-Chlamydial antibodies,using indirect hemagglutination test on a 1∶4 matched Case-control study to look for risk factors of Chlamydia trachomatis infection.A total number of 26 independent variables were selected for analysis,in which 8 factors were comfirmed as associatied factors by single variable analyisis.Of the above 8 factors,4 were significantly correlated to the infection under the multifactorial conditional logistic regression model,which were:extramarital sex life,history of urogenital tract infection,age of sexual intercourse debut and the use of intrauterus contraception. |
