| Abstract: |
| 目的 分析烧伤常见原因,探讨烧伤防范措施,预防和减少烧伤所造成的损失。方法采用历史回顾法对我科1970年至1998年间烧伤住院患者的流行病学特征及常见致伤因素进行描述性分析。结果 1970年至1998年间共收治各类烧伤住院病人 17339例,其中,热力为主要致伤因素,占89.11%,其余依次为电击伤、化学烧伤等。热力烧伤中又以热液烫伤占主要(49.31%) (χ2=1109.89,P<0.01)。小儿烧伤占32.82% (χ2=49.6 9,P<0.01),是不应忽视的易致伤人群。结论烧伤具有长期存在的特性,可以发生于任何时间、任何地点、任何空间,应当高度重视烧伤的预防工作,这对减少烧伤的灾害性影响具有积极意义。 |

| Objective To find out the cnmmon causes of burn and to develop preventive measures to prevent or reduces the injury of burn. Methods Descriptive analysis w as used to review the burn-cases in our Burn Department from 1970 to 1998 and to summarice the epidemic; features and cnmmon causes of the injuries. |
